I received a Flip HD camera from a friend a few months back. Shortly after I picked up a GH2 and haven’t looked back since. I’ve been thinking recently that I want to use the Flip again for additional second camera shots when I’m out shooting with my GH2. The Flip is a great little video camera for what it is but I really like the wide angle look of the GoPro’s footage. My Flip has been the step child for too long! I’m determined to get her operating once again. Amazon to the rescue! Here are a few accessories I discovered that will help me put this pig into a pretty little dress. She’ll still be a pig but.. the dress sure is nice.

Flip HD Fisheye Lens
Sure the GoPro HD is a great camera to be used over and under water, but the curved lens causes underwater images to be extremely soft. The great thing about using the Flip HD is that it doesn’t have the same curved lens as the GoPro, and video still says sharp when using the case underwater. I’m thinking now.. I bet the magnetic lenses for iPhone would work just fine on the Flip.
